Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager at ALT DRX, you will play a crucial role in propelling our product forward by collaborating with the Marketing, Content, Business Development, and Product Management teams. Your analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities will be essential in increasing brand awareness, sales, and subscriptions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Taking charge of growth marketing and customer lifetime value strategy, processes, and implementation. - Managing Performance Marketing campaigns independently and with agencies to acquire new customers and drive traffic to our platform using paid tactics. - Enhancing audience expansion and customer lifetime value to reduce acquisition costs effectively. - Communicating regular metrics and insights from campaigns, analyzing performance, identifying blockers, and spotting areas of opportunity. - Optimizing ad delivery, landing page conversion, and user experience to drive user activations efficiently. - Conducting continuous testing and iteration to determine the best multi-channel paid mix for optimal results. - Setting and surpassing KPIs related to sign-ups, activations, cost-per-acquisition, and cost-per-activation. - Collaborating with external agencies when necessary to optimize campaign delivery and discover new audiences. - Crafting captivating content with the marketing team to enrich campaigns and enhance user engagement. - Utilizing your UX and social media writing experience ideally to further enhance campaign effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following base requirements: - Possessing 3+ years of experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role, including working on landing pages, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media, and display marketing. - Demonstrating proficiency in managing SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Having a talent for identifying target audiences and engaging them effectively to drive conversions. - Experience in optimizing landing pages for maximum conversions. - Strong familiarity with website analytics tools, especially Google AdWords. - Proficiency in using WordPress, Google Analytics, and all-in-one marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. - Excellent communication skills for presenting to groups or persuading teams about future campaign ideas. - A customer-centric mindset, coupled with exceptional analytical skills. - Displaying creativity, motivation, and a structured approach towards achieving marketing goals.
