Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will handle daily operational tasks, manage client relationships, assist in property transactions, and guide clients through the home-buying process. Key responsibilities include coordinating site visits, providing market insights, and ensuring smooth property transactions from start to finish. The role also involves overseeing the documentation process and liaising with financial institutions for home loans.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Experience with property transactions, market analysis, and real estate documentation
• Proficiency in using real estate software and technology platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and availability for flexible working hours
