Your work profile

As Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Resposibilities

Lead execution of third-party risk assessments and audits.

Review vendor security policies, controls, and practices.

Identify and report risks, vulnerabilities, and remediation strategies.

Mentor junior consultants and support quality reviews.

Engage with clients to understand business requirements and compliance obligations.
Desired qualifications/Education

Hands-on experience with GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ProcessUnity).

Strong understanding of data protection, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.

Experience in IT audits, cloud security, and business continuity.

Preferred certifications: CISA, ISO 27001 LA, CTRP.

Experience 3 to 5 Years

B.E, B.Tech, Bachelors Fulltime.

Location and way of working

Base location: Pune

Professional is required to work from office

Your role as Assistant Manager

Strong experience managing programs or products within a Network Security context, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.

Hands-on familiarity with tools and technologies such as firewalls, proxies, network access controls, and related security infrastructure.

Analytical strength with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business and technical outcomes.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build trust and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models and navigating cross-functional dependencies.

Excellent communication skills, especially in articulating security topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Awareness of compliance, risk, and regulatory obligations associated with security operations
