Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Pune. The Real Estate Manager will oversee daily property management tasks, and handle commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include driving business through real estate salesperson, motivating them, helping management to identify suitable project to sell, looking after day to day operations.

Qualifications

• Property Management and Real Estate expertise
• Experience in handling team of real estate agents.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate transactions and operations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently
• Experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is beneficial
