Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Noida. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their property needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, scheduling property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless transactions. The role also involves cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships and staying informed about real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proficiency in Sales and negotiation
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of the Noida real estate market is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
