Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Manager role based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Manager will oversee and manage property operations, handle lease administration, and negotiate lease agreements. The role involves strategizing real estate investments, managing commercial and residential property portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the manager will liaise with stakeholders, monitor property performance, and ensure operational efficiency in all real estate activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Management and the ability to oversee daily property operations efficiently
• Strong proficiency in Lease Administration and managing Leases, including lease documentation and compliance
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in real estate management or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple properties effectively
