Job Description

As a professional with over 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, you will be responsible for implementing and scripting solutions on the ITSM module and one of the following areas: SecOps, Discovery, HRSD, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Orchestration, Service Portal, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, or ITOM. Your key skills should include strong communication and presentation abilities, client handling proficiency, Java scripting knowledge, and hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation. You will be expected to design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow, create and modify workflows, and deliver technical solutions with necessary documentation. Additionally, you must have experience in migrating data from various tools to ServiceNow, generating information for reporting and dashboards, and integrating systems using REST, SOAP, API, or web services. A solid understanding of ITIL methodologies and processes is required for this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a BE/BTech/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree.
