What would you do?
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Marketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: Basic experience in social media management or content scheduling.
- Skills: Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and tools like Hootsuite.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist with scheduling issues
- Content Scheduling & Publishing: Schedule and publish approved content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Publishing Calendar: Assist in managing and updating the content calendar, adjusting for regional, seasonal, or last-minute changes.
- Content Review: Ensure content accuracy, checking for spelling, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines before scheduling.
- Collaboration: Work with local teams to handle last-minute post requests and ensure smooth content delivery.
- Conflict Management: Help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps in the content calendar.
- SEO & Tagging: Ensure posts are tagged correctly with relevant hashtags and metadata to optimize reach.
- Performance Monitoring: Track post performance (likes, shares, comments) and help analyze trends to improve future content.
- Social Media Trends: Stay updated on social media trends and suggest optimizations to improve engagement.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general support for content-related tasks, including input on copy or visuals when needed. Roles and Responsibilities:
