Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer who is not just a teacher but a practitioner. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for training students (Online & Offline) while actively contributing to the institute's growth through content creation and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Mentorship (Online & Offline)

• Conduct engaging offline and online classes for students, professionals, and business owners.
• Teach core modules including SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Strategy, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics.
• Provide hands-on training using live projects, case studies, and AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, SEMrush).
• Mentor students, resolve queries, and guide them on portfolio building and career growth.

2. Content Creation (Video & Social)

• Conceptualize and create high-quality educational and promotional video content.
• Short-form: Create engaging Reels/Shorts for Instagram and YouTube to drive brand awareness.
• Long-form: Record in-depth tutorials, course previews, and student success stories for YouTube.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

3. Institute Marketing & Development

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and increase admissions for DSSD.
• Manage and optimize DSSD’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Run and monitor ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) to promote course offerings.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and institute growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Teaching experience is a strong plus).
• Technical Expertise: Strong command over SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and WordPress.
• Content Skills: Comfortable facing the camera; basic to intermediate video editing skills (VN, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; certifications from Google/Meta/HubSpot are preferred.
