Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Faculty with strong practical knowledge and a passion for teaching. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering industry-relevant training, mentoring students, and preparing them for real-world digital marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Digital Marketing
• Train students on core areas including:
• Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Meta Ads & Google Ads (Basics to Intermediate)
• SEO fundamentals
• Content marketing & copywriting
• Analytics & reporting
• Guide students in live projects, assignments, and case studies
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and tools
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in curriculum improvement and skill development initiatives
• Interact effectively with students and maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads & Google Analytics
• SEO tools (basic level)
• Social media management tools
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience handling live ad campaigns
• Basic understanding of Graphic designing
• Prior teaching or training experience
