Job Title: Telesales Executive – Digital Marketing Agency (Female Candidates Encouraged) Company: Hyz ventures Location: Trivandrum Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 0-2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply) Job Description: We are seeking a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and closing deals or setting up appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or self-generated leads. Introduce and explain the company’s digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.). Identify decision-makers and set appointments for the sales team. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messaging. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM. Meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach. 1+ year of telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling experience (preferred). Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus.
