By bridging the gap between the customers and the company, the work of a telesales executive involves having telephonic conversations with the customers, while hitting the sales targets of the company. Going the extra mile for the customer is a vital part of the role of the telesales executive. With an in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, the ideal telesales executive works towards building a strong relationship with customers, by making telephonic sales. Responsibilities Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,404.95 per month Work Location: In person
