Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s online presence, drive brand engagement, and generate leads. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital platforms to support the company’s talent management initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and display advertising).
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to increase visibility, engagement, and followers.
  • Plan and create engaging content (posts, videos, blogs, newsletters) aligned with the brand’s tone and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Support influencer partnerships and online brand collaborations to promote talent and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Research digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and talent showcases through digital platforms.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Generating lead to digital marketing.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the service industry or talent/entertainment management sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for digital trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
