Key Responsibilities:

Research and Strategy

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

- Develop marketing strategies that align with business goals

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities


Social Media Management

- Design and implement social media strategy

- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily

- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

- Oversee social media accounts' design

- Respond to queries and monitor customer reviews


Campaign Management

- Manage and execute campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, search engines, display advertising)

- Measure and report on campaign performance (ROI and KPIs)


Content Creation and Distribution

- Create engaging content (text, photos, videos, news)

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, web development)


Analytics and Optimization

- Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data

- Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance

- Optimize digital marketing channels for maximum ROI


Collaboration and Communication

- Collaborate with sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns

- Communicate with followers and respond to queries

- Ensure brand consistency across teams


Digital Marketing Expertise

- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

- Understand SEO, SEM, and marketing databases

- Proficiency in using website analytics tools and marketing software


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
