Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Analyze metrics and optimize strategies for growth and engagement
• Develop creative, platform-specific social media strategies that align with brand goals

Content Writing & Marketing

• Write engaging social media captions, blogs, website copy, and email campaigns
• Develop SEO-friendly content for websites and blogs
• Collaborate with design teams for content creatives and visuals

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Plan and implement result-driven digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Stay updated on latest digital trends and tools

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, developers, and the sales team to align marketing goals
• Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and lead generation

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in digital marketing Expert
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing, content writing, SEO, and paid ads
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience in IT industry is a plus
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar
• Candidates must have their own laptop to perform the job effectively.
