Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Execute segmented email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns as part of lead generation and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with designers to create high-quality ad collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Research and implement best practices for ad content, design, and copywriting to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize GTM (Google Tag Manager) for accurate event tracking and data collection.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging attribution tools to measure success and optimize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance ad targeting and effectiveness.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, analyze customer behavior, and enhance lead-nurturing strategies.
  • Implement and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target and convert high-value prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies to drive innovation in campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and GTM with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of ad content creation, including copywriting and visual design elements.
  • Experience working with designers to develop effective marketing assets.
  • Deep understanding of digital tracking, lead attribution, and performance measurement tools.
  • Hands-on experience with the hubspot CRM tools and lead tracking mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of ABM, email marketing, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
