Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, social media, paid advertising, and analytics, along with the creativity to craft engaging campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.• Manage SEO & SEM strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings.• Plan and execute content marketing strategies (blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, ad creatives).• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.• Manage social media accounts (content creation, engagement, ad campaigns, growth strategies).• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.• Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.• Optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MCA, Btech).• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.).• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking pixels.• Knowledge of content strategy and social media trends. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
