Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation for real estate projects.
• Manage campaigns across multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Oversee website content, landing pages, and property listings to ensure consistency, SEO optimization, and high conversion rates.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to engage target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to develop creative assets, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies in real estate and implement best practices.
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
• Lead and mentor junior digital marketing staff (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate marketing goals into digital strategies.
• Familiarity with real estate trends, property marketing, and lead generation techniques is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
