HR Executive and Recruiter

As an HR Executive & Recruiter in the Real Estate Industry, your main responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles in sales, marketing, and operations. Employee Onboarding: You will conduct orientation sessions, complete documentation processes, and provide training to new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Workforce Management: Your role will involve ensuring that the organization has the right staffing levels and proper role allocation based on business needs. Compliance & Policies: You will be expected to maintain strict adherence to labor laws and company policies to create a fair and compliant work environment. Employee Engagement: You will play a key role in planning retention strategies and organizing team-building activities to foster a positive work culture. Performance Management: Monitoring employee performance, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback will be essential aspects of your job. Conflict Resolution: You will address any employee grievances and work towards maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment. Training & Development: Organizing and implementing skill-enhancement programs will be part of your responsibilities to help employees grow and develop within the organization. HR Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and analyzing HR data will be crucial for tracking and improving HR processes.
