Job Description – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full Day), Saturday (Half Day) – 5.5 Days a Week
Location: Shyamal X Road, Ahmedabad.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive who will focus mainly on staff recruitment along with managing HR operations, payroll, MIS reporting, and employee engagement. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Major Role)

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external recruitment agencies to meet staffing needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding.

2. HR Operations & Payroll

  • Manage payroll through HR/payroll software.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee database records.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.) and ensure compliance.

3. MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports for recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance.
  • Share HR analytics and monthly dashboards with management.

4. Employee Engagement & Activities

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, events, and celebrations.
  • Conduct feedback sessions to improve employee morale and retention.

5. General HR Activities

  • Manage onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation.
  • Address employee queries on payroll, HR policies, and workplace matters.
  • Assist in policy execution and support smooth daily HR operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment-focused roles preferred).
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting).
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines.
