We are hiring for the role of HR Executive and Recruiter: Roles and Responsibilities: Source, attract, and engage top talent for various technical and non-technical positions within the organization. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to selection and onboarding. Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability as per job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely communication with candidates. Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates. Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS or internal tracker) and recruitment reports. Collaborate with departmental heads to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Support HR team in other generalist activities as required. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven experience in Civil Infrastructure / Construction hiring is mandatory . Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and industry-specific talent pools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple positions and meet tight deadlines. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
