Key Responsibilities: Site Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for site staff including skilled, semi-skilled, and administrative personnel. Coordinate interviews, shortlisting, onboarding, and induction at the site. Maintain a candidate database for ongoing and future project requirements. HR Operations at Site: Maintain site employee records, attendance, and leave management. Assist in payroll processing for site employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company HR policies. Employee Engagement & Administration: Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and site-specific procedures. Support training and safety induction sessions for site staff. Assist in resolving employee issues at the site level. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in construction or industrial projects. Knowledge of labor laws and site HR compliance. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a site environment and handle multiple tasks. Responsibilities: Implement and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies at site/plant. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with statutory norms. Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs. Monitor PPE usage, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and waste management. Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare reports with corrective actions. Requirements: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Engineering or Industrial Safety. NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred. 2–5 years of EHS experience in construction, manufacturing, or energy sector. Good communication, reporting, and training skills.
