Telecaller Executive Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain project details, features, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients through follow-up calls and updates.
• Update and manage the CRM/lead database with accurate customer information.
• Work closely with the sales team to support property closures.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
• Prior experience in real estate telecalling / customer service / BPO sales is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
