Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Location: Chennai, India


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid platforms - including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic exchanges.
  • Plan and manage campaign budgets, targeting, and audience segmentation to achieve KPIs such as CPI, CPA, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to conceptualize and produce high-performing creative assets - videos, GIFs, static images, HTML emailers, landing pages, and custom app screens.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and messaging to optimize campaign performance.
  • Implement and manage tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-side tagging, ensuring clean data, and attribution accuracy.
  • Utilize tools like Mixpanel, Branch.io, GA4, and Looker Studio for campaign analytics, funnel performance, and reporting.
  • Drive automation and retention using MoEngage, creating and optimizing customer journeys via push notifications, in-app messages, and emails.
  • Enhance conversion signals and data feedback loops to improve ad platform learning and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, and product teams to align marketing execution with business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, test innovative channels, and continuously improve acquisition and retention efficiency.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns for B2C SaaS or app-based products.
  • Proven experience in media buying, funnel optimization, and budget management across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of app marketing and conversion signal optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise in MoEngage, Mixpanel, Branch.io, and GA4.
  • Proficiency in GTM (client-side and server-side) implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with design, product, and development teams for creative execution and campaign integration.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.


Work Schedule


  • Full-time position with standard business hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Occasional flexibility required during major campaign launches or time-sensitive activations.
