Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

This is a role where you are required to plan and coordinate with the designers and editors to ensure timely delivery for all content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Our major tasks are events, initiatives, newsletters and routine social media posting, internal communication to our members.
• Write & Create: Craft compelling content for WhatsApp, emails, social media, and events.
• Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute communication for training, launches, awards, and flagship events like Symposium, Garba, and more.
• Design Management: Work with designers to ensure visuals match brand and tone.
• Social media: Manage content calendars, reels, stories, and engagement strategies.
• Internal Support: Provide creatives, messaging, and templates to chapters & leadership teams.
• Track & Report: Maintain campaign trackers, RSVPs, and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• 1 year in marketing, content, or communications is preferred, not mandatory.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics (Canva experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets & Forms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed.

Required Skills

• Experience with events or networking organizations.
• Fluent in Hindi or Gujarati.
• Familiar with social trends & storytelling formats.

Preferred Skills

• Lead marketing for high-energy, business-focused events.
• Work with passionate leaders and entrepreneurs.
