Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong team leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving our social media strategy while leading a team of content creators, designers, and executives to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute multi-platform social media strategies.
• Lead and manage a team of 2–5 social media executives and content designers.
• Supervise day-to-day content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and creative quality across all content.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Guide team performance through regular reviews, training, and support.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, influencers, and external collaborators.

Skills Required:

• 5–6 years of experience in social media marketing with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram growth strategies, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in social tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards.
• Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or relevant field.
• Social Media Marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.

Salary:

₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
