We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage campaigns, funnels, analytics, and reporting to deliver measurable results.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Ads Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube):

Plan, create, and manage campaigns across multiple healthcare verticals (IVF, dermatology, dental, cosmetic, multi-specialty).

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimization.

Monitor and reduce CPL (Cost per Lead) while improving lead quality.

2. SEO & Local Visibility:

Execute on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, content optimization).

Implement technical SEO fixes (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors).

Optimize Google Business Profiles and drive local SEO rankings for clinics.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

Track conversions, CPL, and ROAS using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

Generate weekly performance reports for internal teams and clients.

4. Funnel & Automation:

Support in setting up landing pages, lead forms, and WhatsApp/SMS automations.

Collaborate with CMO/CTO for CRM workflows and AI chatbot integrations.

5. Creatives & Content Coordination:

Work with the design/video team to create engaging ad creatives.

Suggest ad copy, messaging, and high-conversion strategies.

🔹 Requirements

3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Familiarity with funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation.

Prior healthcare marketing experience is a strong plus.

Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
