Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience running ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing marketing strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (search, display, video, remarketing).
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).
• Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative/video team to design high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest ad platform updates, SEO trends, and AI-driven marketing tools.
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support overall digital marketing efforts, including content strategy and automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Ability to create and manage budgets effectively.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Passion for staying ahead with AI tools and new marketing trends.
• Location: Must be available to work on-site in Vadodara (Alkapuri).
