Business Development Executive – Krix Location : In-office, Vadodara Shift : 3 PM – 12 AM (Evening shift) Workdays : Monday to Saturday Apply at: hr@krix.io About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in creative service domains such as video production and design. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, and calls) Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualify leads, pitch services, and close deals Work with the sales and marketing team to create effective sales strategies Utilize CRM tools (GHL preferred) to manage and track sales activities Collaborate with creative teams to align offerings with client needs Requirements ✔ 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales ✔ Proven ability in lead generation and deal closing ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills ✔ Experience selling creative services (video editing, graphic design, etc.) ✔ Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (GoHighLevel is a plus) ✔ Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication ✔ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment ✔ Experience with international clients is a strong advantage What We Offer ✅ Competitive base salary + attractive commissions ✅ Growth opportunities based on performance ✅ A fast-paced, results-oriented work culture ✅ Paid time off and provident fund ✅ Annual performance bonuses This Role is NOT for You If You: ❌ Avoid challenges or slow to take initiative ❌ Rely heavily on scripts with no adaptability ❌ Struggle to handle rejection or pressure Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Evening shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
