Kaleen is a forward-thinking brand in Rugs & Broadloom, renowned for quality and craftsmanship. As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a creative and driven Junior Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in building a robust brand presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Assist in daily management of social media – content planning, posting, performance tracking, and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual and written content for website, social media, email, and offline materials.
• Conduct market research, consumer behavior insights, and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
• Plan and assist in the execution of brand activations, exhibitions, partnerships, and in-store promotions.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports with insights and optimization ideas.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and budget sheets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on marketing experience (preferably in a brand, agency, or retail/lifestyle company).
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and offline promotions.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and other scheduling or reporting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a creative and analytical mindset.

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to influencer marketing, public relations, or event-based marketing.
• Working knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Experience in content writing or visual storytelling.
