Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

About Us:

Kaleen is a dynamic brand in Rugs & Broadloom, dedicated to delivering excellence through innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to building a strong brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

· Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

· Oversee social media management, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.

· Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities

· Assist in planning and executing brand activations, events, and partnerships.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Requirements:

· 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably on the brand side or in an agency role.

· Strong understanding of overall brand marketing, with experience in both digital and offline channels.

· Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

· Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken.

· Ability to collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders effectively.

· Organized, with strong project management and multitasking abilities.

· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media management platforms.

Nice to Have:

· Experience in influencer marketing and PR.

· Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

· Exposure to brand events and activations.
