K2America is a Web Development and Digital Marketing Agency based in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA and have a subsidiary entity in India.


We are looking Digital Marketing for our client who is in Building material Supply Industry!



  • Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop monthly/quarterly sales reports highlighting top-selling materials and underperforming categories.
  • Identify reasons for sales declines (seasonality, pricing, competition, campaigns) and recommend corrective strategies.
  • Track customer behavior, lead sources, and ROI across digital channels.


  • SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research for stone/quartz-related products and services.
  • Optimize website content, product pages, and blogs for organic search ranking.
  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Monitor site performance and recommend improvements for user experience and conversions.


  • Paid Media Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Retargeting).
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI.
  • Monitor A/B testing, ad creatives, and keyword performance.


  • Social Media Marketing

  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Run paid campaigns targeting contractors, interior designers, homeowners, and businesses.
  • Track engagement, growth, and conversions through analytics tools.


  • Content Marketing

  • Develop blog posts, case studies, and visual content (videos, reels, infographics) to showcase installations and product benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales/installation teams to create customer success stories.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and educates target audiences.


  • Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and manage email campaigns for promotions, new arrivals, and client education.
  • Segment email lists for contractors, B2B, and B2C customers.
  • Track open rates, CTR, and lead conversions.


  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to monitor traffic and conversions.
  • Provide weekly/monthly insights to management with actionable recommendations.


  • Brand & Competitor Monitoring

  • Research competitor digital strategies in stone/quartz distribution.
  • Benchmark performance and identify new opportunities.


  • Local SEO & Listings

  • Optimize Google My Business and local directory listings.
  • Drive foot traffic and local leads through geotargeted campaigns.


  • Collaboration with Sales Teams

  • Align digital marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Share insights to improve sales approaches and product positioning.


  • Budget & ROI Management

  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
  • Ensure ad spends align with revenue goals.


  • Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and home improvement influencers.
  • Develop partnerships to expand brand reach.


  • Reputation Management

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Houzz, Yelp).
  • Implement strategies to encourage positive customer feedback.


  • Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing, SEO, and stone industry trends.
  • Test new tools, platforms, and campaign strategies.


  • Lead Generation Optimization

  • Implement landing pages, lead forms, and call-to-action strategies.
  • Nurture leads into paying customers through marketing funnels.


  • Crisis & Gap Management

  • Quickly assess underperforming campaigns and implement corrective action.
  • Support sales recovery efforts in low-performing months.


  • Project Management

  • Coordinate multiple campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Work with external vendors, designers, or agencies if needed.
  • Reporting to Management

  • Present performance updates to leadership with clear insights on what’s working, what’s not, and next steps.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in construction, interiors, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
