Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Expert who has complete knowledge of online marketing strategies and understands how to build and scale a brand effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, running ads across multiple platforms, and ensuring strong brand visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other advertising platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
• Work on brand positioning and value building to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Manage and oversee creative designs for ads, banners, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Analyze marketing performance data and prepare reports to track growth and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and Performance Marketing.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
