Responsibilities:

• Review

  house and cabinet plans

  to extract accurate countertop dimensions.
• Create detailed

  CAD drawings

  for fabrication, including cutouts, edge profiles, and seams.
• Prepare

  quotes and cost estimates

  based on measurements, materials, and labor.
• Collaborate with sales team and clients to ensure designs meet expectations.
• Prepare CNC-ready files and maintain organized digital archives.
• Ensure all drawings meet company standards for precision and quality.
• Manage project timelines from initial quote to final installation.
• Coordinate with fabricators, installers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and track

  ongoing projects

  , deadlines, and budgets.
• Conduct site checks and verify field measurements when needed.
• Support installation crews with detailed install drawings and technical notes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design, measurement, or installation issues.
• Document all project phases and maintain accurate job records.
• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content showcasing countertops, installations, and company culture.
• Capture project photos/videos for marketing use.
• Track social media analytics and adjust strategies to generate leads.
• Engage with online audiences, respond to inquiries, and grow brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  or similar CAD software.
• Experience in countertop, cabinetry, or construction industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of measurements, blueprints, and shop drawings.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotes and cost breakdowns.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of social media management and basic marketing skills.
