Description
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage and optimize our digital presence - primarily through SEO, SEM, and website content management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment. Key Responsibilities 1) SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize on-page and off-page SEO for blogs, service pages, and landing pages. Monitor and improve website rankings and organic traffic through tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. 2) SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Plan and run paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Monitor performance, CTR, and conversion metrics; adjust bids, keywords, and creatives for ROI. Prepare monthly reports with key KPIs and recommendations. 3) Website Content & CMS Management: Upload blogs, case studies, and service content using WordPress or a relevant CMS. Coordinate with designers or developers for minor updates, broken links, or UI changes. Ensure pages are SEO-optimized and mobile-responsive. 4) Analytics & Reporting: Track user behavior using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights. Suggest website structure improvements based on bounce rates, dwell time, and user flow. Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven SEO and SEM success. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress (or similar CMS). Working knowledge of keyword tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest , or Yoast SEO . Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor web edits (preferred but not mandatory). Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to meet deadlines. Show more Show less
