Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is central to driving our online presence, enhancing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads through digital channels. Success in this position means designing and executing effective digital campaigns, nurturing leads into long-term clients, and continuously optimizing strategies to support the company’s business growth. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads, etc.).
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through digital channels while managing them within CRM tools.
  • Nurture leads through effective engagement strategies, driving conversations and guiding them toward conversions.
  • Create and distribute engaging content marketing materials including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social posts.
  • Perform outreach to prospects via cold emails, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints to expand the client base.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or B2B marketing (preferably in professional services or outsourcing).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create persuasive messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
