  3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience

  (certifications are a plus, but mastery matters more).
• Knows the language of

  CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV

  like a true wizard.
• Data-driven, creative-minded, and competition-aware.
