We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO (On-page & Off-page), SEM, and running paid ads across Google, Meta, and other platforms. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and maximize conversions . You will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword and audience research, setting up and optimizing campaigns, and overseeing both organic and paid marketing efforts. Role & responsibilities Develop, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to build data-driven campaign strategies. Monitor and optimize campaigns continuously using A/B testing, bid management, and budget adjustments to enhance performance and ROI. Set up and track conversions, pixels, and remarketing campaigns to ensure accurate performance measurement. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, visuals, and platform-specific landing pages. Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and meet defined KPIs. Stay current with digital marketing trends , platform updates, and best practices across Google and Meta advertising ecosystems. Preferred candidate profile 1 to 4 years of proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and resolve campaign performance issues. Excellent communication and presentation abilities for effective reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking methodologies. Basic graphic design skills or demonstrated ability to work closely with creative teams. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are preferred and considered a plus.
