We are looking for a MarTech-driven Marketing Specialist (B2B/SaaS Sales)to own and execute demand generation campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. The role involves setting up automation workflows, managing databases of ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles), and handling marketing tools, website integrations, and reporting dashboards. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both marketing execution and technology setup in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize Email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn campaigns targeting the right ICP database.
Build, segment, and manage customer databases for personalization and outreach.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, and messaging to maximize engagement.
Marketing Automation & Tech Setup
Implement and manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, CleverTap, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.).
Set up drip sequences, workflows, and triggers for campaigns across channels.
Integrate CRM, WhatsApp API, and email platforms for seamless campaign execution.
Support in setting up and maintaining the company website, landing pages, and tracking tools.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, CPL).
Create dashboards & reports to review ROI of campaigns.
Recommend improvements based on insights and funnel analysis.
