Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital campaigns across channels to drive traffic, generate quality leads, and enhance brand awareness in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies tailored to international buyers and importers.
  • Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to generate quality leads.
  • Drive and implement effective SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Create, manage and optimize PPC campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and ROI.
  • Work closely with the design and content team to create engaging landing pages, marketing assets, and product presentations.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows for customer engagement.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance via tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Research and identify trends, keywords, and industry insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Support the sales team by generating qualified leads and improving conversion rates via digital channels.
  • Maintain the company’s website and ensure it is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in B2B industries (preferably textiles, fashion, or manufacturing/export).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, PPC, and keyword planning tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and other digital tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing tactics for international outreach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing in export/import sectors.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces like Alibaba, IndiaMart, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or CMS platforms.
