We are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and creative individual someone we can invest in to join us as our next Digital Marketing Specialist . This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our digital presence across e-commerce platforms while working remotely. As part of our fast-growing e-commerce and retail ecosystem, you will lead initiatives to boost visibility, increase ROI, and reduce CPA, while collaborating closely with our content, creative, and customer support teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.). Optimize campaign performance and continuously reduce CPA. Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar to drive actionable insights. Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver consistent messaging across platforms. Manage marketing activities on e-commerce platforms such as Zid, Salla, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment across all marketing channels. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, SEO/SEM strategies, and platform updates. Engage with customer feedback across social and digital channels, coordinating with the support team to enhance user experience. Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reports with strategic recommendations. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Hotjar, etc.). Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Zid, Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce). Proven track record in managing performance-based campaigns with measurable ROI. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. Familiarity with the Saudi digital landscape and consumer behavior is a plus.
