Digital Marketing Specialist

As part of our fast-growing e-commerce and retail ecosystem, you will lead initiatives to boost visibility, increase ROI, and reduce CPA, while collaborating closely with our content, creative, and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
• Optimize campaign performance and continuously reduce CPA.
• Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar to drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver consistent messaging across platforms.
• Manage marketing activities on e-commerce platforms such as Zid, Salla, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment across all marketing channels.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, SEO/SEM strategies, and platform updates.
• Engage with customer feedback across social and digital channels, coordinating with the support team to enhance user experience.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reports with strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Hotjar, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Zid, Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Proven track record in managing performance-based campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with the Saudi digital landscape and consumer behavior is a plus.
