Job Description

We are looking for a PPC & Organic Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing a diverse range of paid campaigns & organic marketing.


Responsibilities:


Paid Advertising:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels to drive high-quality leads. 
  • Manage Google Ads(Search & Display), Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns to generate leads. 
  • Plan and execute retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversion rates. 
  • Implement A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to continuously improve campaign performance. 

Campaign Optimization:

  • Continuously analyze, track, and optimize campaign performance across all channels to ensure maximum ROI. 
  • Use data to make informed decisions about budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creatives, and messaging. 

Performance Tools & Platforms:

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Hotjar etc to track, report, and optimize campaign performance. 

SEO & Organic Marketing:

  • Oversee and optimize the SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content development, and backlink building. 
  • Monitor organic performance


Requirement:

  • 2 years of experience in an ad campaign management/support role in the advertising
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console etc. 
  • Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy and dependable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to set high standards and hold yourself accountable
