About the Role

We seek a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in campaign management, paid media, SEO, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience developing, executing, and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social, and content channels.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product) to align campaigns with business objectives.


Paid Media

  • Manage budgets and bids across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend scaling or reallocation of spend.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Work with content and web teams to improve organic rankings and site visibility.
  • Monitor analytics and search performance to identify growth opportunities.


Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage social media calendars, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • I have 4+ years of hands-on experience in planning and executing outcome-based B2B multimodal and multi-touch campaigns, digital campaign management, paid media, SEO, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
