Social Media Marketing Executive
Role Overview As our SEO Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our organic growth strategy. You'll optimize our website and content to attract, engage, and convert our target personas—from SMBs to enterprise decision-makers. This is a high-impact role that works cross-functionally with content, demand generation, product marketing, and web development. Key Responsibilities · Own and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with SaaS demand generation goals · Perform comprehensive keyword research, clustering, and competitive gap analysis to target high-intent SaaS buyers · Optimize landing pages, blog content, and product pages for user experience and search performance · Work closely with content marketing to plan and develop SEO-focused thought leadership, cluster pages, and pillar content · Monitor site performance, crawl issues, indexing, and ranking changes using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog · Build and maintain a quality backlink profile through ethical outreach and content partnerships · Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements (Core Web Vitals, schema markup, page speed, etc.) · Track key metrics: keyword rankings, organic sessions, bounce rates, conversions, and pipeline influenced by organic · Provide regular SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations Must-Have Qualifications · 2–4 years of SEO experience (preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment) · Strong understanding of the SaaS customer journey and funnel mechanics (TOFU → BOFU) · Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog · Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) · Experience optimizing for SaaS-specific goals like demo requests, sign-ups, and trial conversions · Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment Nice to Have · Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) · Familiarity with ABM, programmatic SEO, and content syndication · Knowledge of international SEO or multi-language content · Experience in optimizing SaaS marketplaces or app directories (e.g., G2, Capterra, etc.) What We Offer · Competitive salary + performance-based bonus · Budget for SEO tools, certifications, and learning · Fast-paced growth environment with real ownership · Access to cross-functional teams and mentorship from senior marketers
