About the Role

Campaign & Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (paid & organic).
  • Plan campaign calendars aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams for campaign assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Generate detailed campaign performance reports and insights.

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
  • Engage with the online community to build strong brand presence.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for creative and impactful posts.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in

    campaign management

    and

    social media strategy

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads

    , and other ad platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of

    SEO, SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

    .
  • Ability to create and interpret campaign dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of

    marketing automation tools

    (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
  • Basic understanding of

    design tools

    (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) to brief design teams effectively.
  • Prior experience in

    B2B campaigns

    will be an added advantage.
