Job Description

Role – Associate/Senior Associate - Digital Marketing

We are seeking a Performance Marketing and Growth Specialist to join our team and lead efforts in driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. This role is a blend of performance-driven digital marketing and growth strategy, requiring hands-on expertise in paid campaigns and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM).


Key Responsibilities

 Campaign Management:

o Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

o Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids and budgets to ensure optimal CPA and ROAS.

o Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance performance and engagement metrics.


 Analytics & Tools:

o Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Marketo, MoEngage, and similar platforms to track, measure, and analyze performance. o Generate reports and insights to guide marketing decisions and inform future strategies.


 Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM):

o Develop and implement CLM strategies to nurture leads and optimize the customer journey.

o Segment audiences and use automation tools to deliver targeted campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention.


 Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with product, data engineering, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

o Collaborate on funnel optimization and lead nurturing processes.


 Growth Strategy:

o Leverage customer and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.

o Continuously iterate marketing strategies based on performance metrics and business objectives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

 Deep understanding of CLM, customer retention strategies, and personalized engagement tactics.

 Hands-on experience with tools like GTM, GA, Marketo, MoEngage, or similar platforms.

 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.

 Ability to manage and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 Collaborative approach to working across teams.
