Job Summary:

Digital Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:


Brand & Communication:

  • Develop, design, and maintain brand collateral including brochures, flyers, corporate presentations, and product documents.


  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and client-facing materials.


Client Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for marketing-related updates with existing clients.


  • Share timely product updates, videos, brochures, and announcements with clients.


  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and promotional collaboration.


Social Media Management:

  • Handle the company’s LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.


  • Plan and post engaging content including product demos, news, and achievements.


  • Track analytics and drive engagement across platforms.


Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute professional email campaigns for product launches, client newsletters, and brand promotions.


  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and make data-driven improvements.


Website & SEO Coordination (Preferred):

  • Work with technical teams to keep the website updated with new content, videos, and brochures.


  • Suggest improvements to enhance user engagement and visibility.


Industry Trends & Analysis:

  • Monitor industry and competitor activities on digital platforms.


  • Suggest improvements in communication, digital strategy, and content style.


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.


  • MBA in Marketing preferred.


  • Strong command of English – written and verbal.


  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google tools.


  • Excellent client communication and coordination skills.


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of design and video editing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially for industrial or automotive sectors.
  • Familiarity with campaign planning on LinkedIn and YouTube SEO.
