Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly creative, analytical, and up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current and SEO-friendly.
  • Develop content strategies in coordination with content creators or external vendors.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role (typically 1-3 years minimum).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page creation, and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
