,About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Website Growth

• Drive complete SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Monitor website health, rankings, and organic performance to achieve traffic and conversion goals.

2. Social Media Management (SMM)

• Manage and grow brand presence across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and monitor influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Analyse and optimise engagement, reach, and brand sentiment.

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Strategise, execute, and optimise ROI-driven ad campaigns on Meta, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Drive performance marketing initiatives to boost lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Allocate budgets efficiently and track campaign performance with data-driven insights.

4. Business Development

• Identify, nurture, and convert marketing-qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Explore international markets and adapt strategies to global trends.

5. Leadership & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing professionals.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and business development.
• Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Hands-on experience in SMM, influencer collaboration, and brand management.
• Proven track record in

• Business development experience with measurable results in lead generation and sales.
• Strong knowledge of international markets, global trends, and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
